Where ProSafe Global Ltd introduces, by any means, a candidate for a contract or permanent opportunity with clients the introductions shall be subject to our standard Terms of Business.

Your use of the website
You will not use the website to post or transmit any material for which you have not obtained all necessary approvals/licences, material which is libellous, abusive, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable, material which contains virus or other disabling devices which interfere with the operation of the Website, or material which is inaccurate, incomplete or false pertaining to (candidates) your experience and ability to work in the UK. You will not make, transmit or store electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner. You will not take any action that affects ProSafe Global’s reputation.
By submitting information through the website you agree and acknowledge that while we may contact you in response to the information you provide, we are not obliged to provide you with any particular product or services.
Nothing on this website shall be deemed to create an employment relationship between ProSafe Global and any user.
Registration
In order to access to receive job alerts you must register on the ProSafe Global website. If you register, you must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. ProSafe Global makes no representation or warranty in respect of any of the following:

- that any employer or client will ask for your CV, ask to interview you or recruit you;
- that any employer or client will keep confidential any of your information or data provided to that employer or client; or
- the final terms and duration of any appointment obtained through the ProSafe Global website.
Availability of the website
ProSafe Global gives no warranty that the service will be fault-free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to enquiries@prosafeglobal.co.uk and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. Whilst ProSafe Global uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, we give no warranty or guaranty in that regard and all users take responsibility for their own security, that of their personal details and their computers

ProSafe Global shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Your use of the Website and any dispute arising out of such use will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement, and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.
